Man slips and dies at gorakhgad 22nd september 2025

 

The tragic incident occurred on Saturday night and was reported to the Murbad police by a rescue team.

Rajendra Jadhav, a new resident of Mumbai, had come to Murbad with his friend. They went to Gorakhgad to celebrate a friend's birthday. It is said that while climbing the fort, he slipped and fell as the path was very slippery due to rain.

मुंबईचे नवीन रहिवासी असलेले राजेंद्र जाधव हे त्यांच्या मित्रासोबत मुरबाडला आले होते. ते मित्राचा वाढदिवस साजरा करण्यासाठी गोरखगडावर गेले होते. असे म्हटले जाते की, किल्ल्यावर चढताना पावसामुळे रस्ता खूप निसरडा असल्याने ते घसरले आणि पडले. 

 "We were a group of seven friends: Deepak Vish, Pratap Ghadave, Kamal Pikkula, Ravi Bhola, Bhaskar Mangal and I. We went to the village near the fort to celebrate a friend's birthday. We were staying in a homestay, and the young man fell while descending at around 9 o'clock. It was very dark. We are still in shock."
