 Lonavala: The Shivdurg Rescue Team in Lonavala has successfully rescued three tourists who had lost their way due to rain and fog in the Visapur Fort area of Maval taluka. The incident took place around 6 pm on Thursday. At around 8:45 pm, the Shivdurg team found them and released them safely at the Malavali Railway Station.

Ojas Prasad Phadke (age 18), Ishan Shriram Joshi (age 18) and Ayush Prasad Kalbande (age 18, all residents of Pune) had come for a walk in the Lohagad Visapur Fort area of Lonavala Rural. While walking in the Visapur Fort area, they lost their way in the evening. As soon as they realized that they were going into the forest by mistake, they contacted the Shivdurg Rescue Team in Lonavala and informed them that they had lost their way at Visapur Fort. Upon learning this information, Sagar Kumbhar, Rahul Waghmare, Vishal Shinde took his location, reached him and brought him down safely. He was dropped off safely at Malavali railway station.
