Finally, section 144 is applicable at Devkund. Sub-Divisional Magistrate Prashali Dighavkar enforced the restraining order under section 144 (1) (4) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 in the area of Devkund Falls, Secret Point Sanaswadi and one kilometer area within the limits of Bhira village in Mangaon taluka from 4th July to 31st October 2022.

Going to trek locations is not same as going to tourist locations. ❗

Did you know every year lot of people loose life or have to live with disability because they plan to visit trekking locations without professional help and end up harming themselves. 😞
