 Irshalgarh Tragedy Statement At Irsalwadi, at the base of Irshalgarh fort, a landslide collapsed last night and over 40 houses were buried under the soil. Many tribal families living in that settlement were trapped under the collapsed crevasse. As the incident occurred in a hilly area, the Raigad District Disaster Management Officer and the local police received calls for help on the MMRCC mountain rescue helpline. Immediately the rescue team of Yashwanti Hikers Khopoli went to help. followed by Mr. Ganesh Geedh along with his rescue team immediately went to help. As soon as the information about the incident came, some other organizations, government agencies, villagers, e. also reached the spot for help and all of them started rescuing the tribal families trapped under the crevasse. As the incident is big and relief work should be done on war footing to rescue the affected, the Disaster Management Officer appealed to all the organizations to help. AMGM's Maharashtra State Rescue Committee Coordinator Shri. Padmakar Gaikwad has reached the spot and is coordinating the MMRCC rescue team and helping at the spot. On getting information about the incident, Nisargamitra Panvel team, Shri. Hemant Jadhav along with his rescue team and Shivdurgamitra Lonavla team have reached the spot to help. MMRCC was mobilizing other teams for this rescue operation. Similarly, rescue teams from Ajinkya Hikers, Badlapur, Karjat and other organizations are preparing at night for help. All the helpers who have reached the spot are working on a war footing with their hands to save the lives of the disaster victims. इर्शाळगड दुर्घटना निवेदन  इर्शाळगड किल्ल्याच्या पायथ्याशी असलेल्या इर्सालवाडीवर काल रात्री दरड कोसळून जवळपास ४० च्या वर घरे मातीखाली गाडले गेले. त्या वस्ती मध्ये राहणारे बरेच आदिवासी कुटुंब ह्या कोसळलेल्या दरडखाली अडकून पडले होते. घटना डोंगराळ भागात असल्यामुळे, रायगड जिल्हा आपत्ती व्यवस्थापन अधिकारी व स्थानिक पोलिसांकडून MMRCC ह्या डोंगरातील रेस्क्यु हेल्पलाईन वर मदतीसाठी फोन आले. त्वरित यशवंती हाईकर्स खोपोलीची रेसक्यू टीम मदतीसाठी निघाली. पाठोपाठ श्री. गणेश गीध त्यांच्या रिस्क्यू समुह सह त्वरित मदातीकरिता निघाले. घटनेची माहिती मिळताच इतर काही संस्था, शासकीय यंत्रणा, ग्रामस्थ, ई. देखील मदातीकरिता घटनास्थळी पोहोचले व ह्या सर्वांनी दरड खाली अडकलेल्या आदिवासी कुटुंबीयांना वाचविण्यास सुरुवात केली. घटना मोठी असल्यामुळे आणि बाधितांना वाचाविण्याकरिता मदतकार्य युद्धपातळीवर व्हावी याकरीता आपत्ती व्यवस्थापन अधिकारी ह्यांनी जमेल त्या सर्व संस्थांना मदतीसाठी आवाहन केले. AMGM च्या महाराष्ट्र राज्य रेसक्यु कमिटी चे समन्वयक श्री. पद्माकर गायकवाड हे घटनास्थळी पोहचून MMRCC रिस्क्यु टीमचे समन्वय व घटनास्थळी मदत करत आहेत. घटनेची माहिती मिळताच निसर्गमित्र पनवेल टीम, श्री. हेमंत जाधव त्यांच्या रिस्क्यू समुह सह व शिवदुर्गमित्र लोणावळा टीम हे मदतकार्य करण्याकरीता घटनास्थळी दाखल झाले आहेत.
