फौजदारी प्रक्रिया संहिता १९७३ चे कलम १४४ अन्वये मनाई आदेश पारीत करणे गरजेचे असल्यास
तात्काळ मा. उपविभागीय अधिकारी तथा उपविभागीय दंडाधिकारी, संगमनेर भाग, संगमनेर यांच्याशी
संपर्क करुन त्या अनुषंगाने कार्यवाही करावी.
९. अतिरिक्त पावसामुळे नैसर्गिक धबधबे, गड किल्ले ट्रेकिंग, तलाव, धरणे पर्यटनासाठी धोक्याची
परिस्थिती निर्माण झाल्यास तात्काळ मा. वनक्षेत्रपाल यांनी विनाविलंब सदर पर्यटनस्थळ पर्यटकांसाठी
बंद करण्यात यावे ब त्याबाबत सदर ठिकाणी जाण्यास मनाई असल्याबाबत फलक लावावे व
बनकर्मचारी यांची सदर ठिकाणी नेमणूक करावी. सदर प्रकरणी तात्काळ राजूर पोलीस स्टेशनशी संपर्क
करुन माहिती द्यावी.
१०. जंगल क्षेत्रात ब गड किल्ल्यांवर रात्री मुक्काम करणे बंदी घालण्यात येत आहे, तसे निदर्शनास
आल्यास तात्काळ संबंधितांवर कायदेशीर कार्यवाही करणे.
११. पर्यटकांच्या सुरक्षेच्या व कायदा व सुव्यवस्थेच्या दृष्टिकोनातून भंडारदरा (वन्यजीव) व राजूर (वन्यजीव)
रेस्क्यू टिम सतर्क ठेवावी. सदर टिम मधील सदस्य यांना पोहणे, रॉपलिंग, अवघड ठिकाणी चढाई
उतरणे, इत्यादी रेस्क्यू संदर्भात तरबेज असतील, याची खात्री करावी. तसेच राजूर पोलीस व महसूल
विभाग यांच्याशी संपर्क ठेवावा.
१२. पर्यटन शुल्क पावतीवर पर्यटकांचे मोबाईल नंबर व वाहन क्रमांक नोंद घेणे बंधनकारी आहे. तसेच
नियोजित ठिकाणी वाहने पाकींगबाबत सुचना देण्यात यावे.
१३. अभयारण्य क्षेत्रात घाट मार्गे, लहान रस्ते, रस्त्यांच्या परिस्थिती काही ठिकाणी चांगली नसल्याने काही
ठिकाणी दरड कोसळण्याची शक्‍यता नाकारता येत नसल्याने मोठे वाहन उदा. २५ पेक्षा जास्त आसन
व्यवस्था असलेले वाहन, ट्रॅव्हल्स, मोठे बसेस यांना अभयारण्य क्षेत्रात प्रवेश बंदी आहे, याची नोंद
घ्यावी.
१४.मौजे बारी मार्गे कळसुबाई शिखर ला जाणा-या पर्यटकांची संख्या मोठया प्रमाणात असल्याने त्याबाबत
प्रादेशिक वन विभाग, संगमनेर यांच्याशी संपर्क करुन सदर ठिकाणी ग चारी. नेमणूक होईल,
