मुंबई शहरामध्ये कोणत्याही खाजगी टूर ऑपरेटर यांनी समूहाने प्रवासाचे आयोजन अथवा गटागटाने देशांतर्गत व परदेशी किंवा सुट्टीच्या दौ-याचे आयोजन यांना मानवी आरोग्य आणि सुरक्षिततेच्या दृष्टीने प्रतिबंध करण्यात आला आहे.1/2
2/2 कोरोना च्या संक्रमणावर प्रतिबंध बसावा या उद्देशाने मुंबई शहरामध्ये सी.आर.पी.सी कलम १४४ अन्वये  सदरचा आदेश हा विशेष करुन व्यावसायिक प्रवासाचे आयोजन टाळण्याच्या उद्देश्याने देण्यात आला आहे.

To prevent further spread of COVID-19, we has issued an order prohibiting conduct of any kind of tour involving group of people, traveling together to a foreign or domestic destination organised by private tour operators. If found, the police take action against such groups under section 144 of CrPC," Deputy Commissioner of Police Pranay Ashok said.

"This is a very specific order aimed at preventing danger to human life and safety. It should not be confused with the regular order issued under section 144 CrPC," he said.
