फौजदारी प्रक्रिया संहिता 1973 चे कलम 144 आणि आपत्ती व्यवस्थापन अधिनियम 2005 मधील कलम 34 (C) अन्वये प्रदान केलेल्या अधिकाराचा वापर करुन पालघर जिल्हयातील 15 धबधबे, तलाव किंवा धरणांच्या सभोवताली एक किलोमीटर परिसरात 10 जुलै 2019 ते 6 सप्टेंबर 2019 या कालावधीमध्ये खालील गोष्टींसाठी मनाई आदेश लागू करण्यात येत आहे. जिल्हादंडाधिकारी डॉ. प्रशांत नारनवरे यांनी प्रसिद्धी पत्रकाद्वारे याबाबत कळवलं आहे.

धबधबा-धरणांवर काय करण्यास मनाई?

1. पावसामुळे वेगाने वाहणाऱ्या पाण्यात उतरणे, खोल पाण्यात उतरणे आणि त्यामध्ये पोहणे
2. धबधब्यावर जाणे अथवा पाण्याच्या प्रवाहाखाली बसणे.
3. पावसामुळे धोकादायक झालेली ठिकाणे, धबधबे, दऱ्यांचे कठडे, धोकादायक वळणे अशा ठिकाणी सेल्फी काढणे किंवा कोणत्याही स्वरुपाचे चित्रीकरण करणे
4. पावसामुळे निर्माण झालेल्या नैसर्गिक धबधब्याचे परिसरामध्ये मद्यपान करणे किंवा मद्यधुंद अवस्थेत प्रवेश करणे, मद्य बाळगणे, मद्य वाहतूक करणे, अनधिकृत मद्य विक्री करणे आणि उघड्यावर मद्य सेवन करणे
5. वाहतुकीचे रस्ते तसेच धोकादायक ठिकाणी वाहने थांबवणे
6. वाहन अतिवेगाने चालवणे तसेच वाहतुकीस परिणाम होईल अशा प्रकारे वाहने चालवणे
