"At least two officers and 35 police personnel will be deployed in the ghat on Saturday, Sunday and the connecting holidays. The deployment will be at four waterfalls and the points developed by the MTDC. Some officers without official uniform will also be keeping an eye on tourists," said API Suhas Kharmata.
He also said that those flouting norms will be dealt with strictly.

१) ठाणे तालुका – येऊर येथील धबधबे, सर्व तलाव, कळवा-मुंब्रा-रेतीबंदर, मुंब्रा बायपासमधील धबधबे, घोडबंदर-रेतीबंदर-उत्तन सागरी किनारा
२) कल्याण तालुका – पायशेपाडा, खडवली नदी परिसर, टिटवाळा नदी परिसर, गणेश पाटे चौपाटी
३) मुरबाड तालुका – माळशेज घाटातील सर्व धबधबे, सिद्धगड, डोंगरन्हावे, सोनावळे लेण्या, पडाळे डॅम, खोपवली, गोरखगड, नाणेघाट, धसई डॅम, आंबेटेंबे

Traffic resumes after landslide debris in Malshej ghat is closed
माळशेज घाटात दरड कोसळली ! दरड व मलबा रस्त्यावर ! सकाळी दगड व मलबा हलविला।रस्ता केला खुला।।
राष्ट्रीय महामार्ग माळशेज घाट पावसाळ्याच्या सुरुवातीलाच बुधवारी रात्री आठ वाजण्याच्या सुमारास माळशेज घाटातील गणपती मंदिर परिसराच्या पुढे रस्त्यावर भला मोठा दगड रस्त्यावर पडल्याने वाहतूक एकेरी मार्गाने सुरू होती. सकाळी सहा वाजण्याच्या सुमारास राष्ट्रीय महामार्ग अधिकारी सुनील पाटील यांच्या मार्गदर्शनाखाली जेसीबीच्या सहाय्याने रस्त्यावर पडलेला भला मोठा दगड व त्यासोबत आलेले लहान लहान मातीचा मलबा हे रस्त्याच्या बाजूला करण्यास राष्ट्रीय महामार्ग विभागाला यश आले आहे. घाट सुरळीत सुरू झाला आहे.
माळशेज घाटातील दगड काढण्यात आम्हाला यश आले आहे. दरड रात्रीच पडली होती परंतु अंधारामुळे धुक्यामुळे रस्ता सुरळीत करता येत नव्हता आज सकाळीच जेसीबीच्या साहाय्याने दरड हटवून वाहतूक दोन्ही बाजूने सुरळीत केली आहे. सुनील पाटील राष्ट्रीय महामार्ग विभाग.
