गडकिल्ल्यांवर उसळणार्‍या गर्दीवर नियंत्रण ठेवण्यासाठी नाशिक जिल्ह्यातील सर्व प्रशासकीय यंत्रणेला
उपायोजना राबविण्याचे अध्यादेश जारी करण्यात आले आहेत. जिल्हा आपत्ती निवारण प्राधिकरणाचे अध्यक्ष तथा जिल्हाधिकारी सूरज मांढरे यांनी वैनतेय गिर्यारोहण संस्थेच्या काही पदाधिकार्‍यांना या संबंधी माहिती दिली. मागच्या रविवारी हरिहर किल्ल्यावर अभूतपूर्व गर्दी उसळली होती. आज हरिहरवर फार मोठी गर्दी झाली नाही. गर्दीचे केंद्र लोणावळ्या जवळच्या लोहगड विसापूरकडे वळल्याचे चित्र बघायला मिळाले. मिळालेल्या माहितीनुसार पुणे-लोणावळा लोकलमधून तब्बल दोन हजार पावसाळी पर्यटकांचा समुदाय माळवली स्थानकावर उतरताना बघितल्याचे वृत्त काही ट्रेकर्सनी दिले.

वैनतेय गिरीभ्रमण संस्था व हिमालयन क्लब यांच्या वतिने कालिदास कलामंदिर येथे आयोजित करण्यात आलेल्या बांफ माऊन्टन फिल्म फेस्टिव्हलच्या उद्‌घाटन समारंभा प्रसंगी वैनतेयच्या पदाधिकार्‍यांशी बोलताना जिल्हाधिकारी श्री मांढरे यांनी या संबंधी माहिती दिली. या कार्यक्रमाला नाशिकचे पोलिस आयुक्त विश्वास नांगरे पाटील, टीजेएसबी बॅंकेचे संचालक रमेश कनानी, एव्हररेस्टवीर महाजन बंधू, आयर्नमॅन ट्रायथलॉनचा स्पर्धक अम्मार मियाजी, वैनतेयचे गिरीष टकले, राहुल सोनवणे  आदी मान्यवर उपस्थित होते.

त्र्यंबकेश्वर जवळच्या हरिहर किल्ल्यावर मागच्या रविवारी २३ जुन रोजी अचानकपणे दोन हजर पर्यटकांची गर्दी उसळली होती. त्यामुळे हरिहरवर ऐतिहासिक बोटलनेक तयार झाला होता. या अभूतपूर्व ट्रॅफिक जॅममध्ये पर्यटकांच्या झुंडी चार तासांपासून ते सात तासांपर्यंत अडकून पडल्या होत्या. शेवटी काही अनूभवी व जबाबदार ट्रेकर्सनी पुढाकार घेऊन मोठ्या कष्टाने हरिहरच्या अत्यंत अवघड व धोकादायक मार्गावरची कोंडी सोडविली.
गिर्यारोहण विश्वात या घटनेची राज्यभरात मोठी चर्चा झाली. सुदैवाने कोणताही मोठा अपघात या ठिकाणी घडला नाही. हरिहरवर आता पर्यटकांना जाण्याची बंदी येते की काय? अशी भिती व्यक्त केली जात होती. या पार्श्वभूमीवर जिल्हा आपत्ती निवारण प्राधिकरणाचे अध्यक्ष असलेल्या श्री मांढरे यांनी नाशिकच्या प्रसिद्ध गिरीस्थळांवर गर्दी उसळून मोठी आपत्ती उदभवणार नाही या करिता आपत्ती व्यवस्थापन कायदा २००५ कलम २५ पोट कलम (अ) अन्वये नाशिकच्या सर्व प्रशासकीय यंत्रणेला विविध उपाययोजना राबविण्याचे आदेश जारी केले आहेत.
पर्यटक, गिर्यारोहक व भाविकांची गर्दी अशा प्रसिद्ध ठिकाणी उसळल्यास गर्दीवर नियंत्रण ठेवणे व संरक्षणाच्या विविध उपाय योजना राबविण्याचे आदेश जारी केले आहेत. तसेच काही ठिकाणी कठडे उभारावेत असेही अध्यादेशात म्हटले आहे.

आज पहाटे पासूनच  जोरदार पाऊस सुरू होता. सगळ्यांची अटकळ होती की, पुन्हा हरिहवर गर्दी उसळेल, परंतू ही गर्दी राज्याच्या विविध ठिकाणी समसमान विभागली गेल्याचे चित्र बघायला मिळाले. कोरीगडावर सातशेच्या आसपास समूदाय दिसून आला तर, नाणेघाटात दोनशेच्या आसपास पर्यटक दिसून आले. अंधारबन, देवकुंड धबधबा या ठिकाणी मोठ्या संख्योने पावसाळी पर्यटक दाख झाले. गोरखकड, कोथळीगड, नाखिंदा, राजमाची, तिकोना, प्रबळमाची, घनगड, कलावंतिणीचा महाल, गारबेट, ईरशाळगड, तिकोना आदी ठिकाणी लहान मोठे समूह आज भटकंतीकरिता गेले होते. रतनगडावर एकच ८० जणांचा समूह होता. याशिवाय आणखी काही समूह जाण्याच्या बेतात होते, परंतू त्यासंबंधी माहिती अध्याप प्राप्त झालेली नाही.
हरिश्चंद्रगड, कळसुबाई, पेब या ठिकाणी मोठ्या संख्येने गर्दी उसळल्याची माहिती मिळाली, परंतू भटक्यांचा नेमका आकडा समोर आलेला नाही.
